Couples, Relationship, and Attachment Therapy in Denver, CO

For those feeling stuck in loops in your relationship, or your own inner world

For tired spirits who’ve been treading water at the edges of your capacity

For intelligent problem-solvers whose valid efforts haven’t seemed to shift much

For those well-practiced at thinking your way out of stress, anxiety, conflict, and pain…
but somehow end up back under the weight of it

For deep feelers who’ve have never quite found the right container for everything you carry

Being human can be heavy, confusing, and at times breathtakingly painful,
but it’s not supposed to be done alone.

Real change happens when we slow down enough to work with what's underneath the surface. That’s what we’ll do here, together.

You might be here if you’re…

Frustrated by the same recurrent conflicts, despite genuinely wanting
things to feel different

Aware that something needs
to change, but are unsure
quite what or how

Struggling to trust yourself, your
partner, or your ability to navigate
hard moments

Disconnected from, confused by,
or overwhelmed by your feelings

Feeling lonely, even when you're
not technically "alone"

Longing for deeper connection, but…
this vulnerability thing is hard

Hi, I'm Elise.

Elise Shulman, MFTC

Couples & Individual Therapist in Denver, CO

I help couples navigate conflict, disconnection, communication struggles, betrayal, and life transitions.

I also work with individuals experiencing echoes of trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-criticism, grief, and questions about identity and belonging.

In person sessions are available in Capitol Hill, Denver, and limited availability in Old Town Lafayette. Virtual sessions are offered throughout Colorado.

You don’t have to find your way alone.
